DJ joined Union Capital Associates in 2026 after serving as a Corporate Development Associate at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he evaluated strategic M&A, partnership, and divestiture opportunities. Previously, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in Guggenheim Securities’ Private Equity Advisory Group, where he advised private equity-backed companies on sell-side M&A transactions.
At Union Capital, he helps source, evaluate, and execute new investment opportunities while working closely with portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvements and value creation initiatives.
DJ graduated summa cum laude from the College of William & Mary’s Mason School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Data Science..
