Rachel joined Union Capital Associates in 2026 after serving as a Senior Associate at MiddleGround Capital, where she evaluated new investment opportunities, partnered with management teams to execute value creation initiatives across portfolio companies, and supported transaction execution. Previously, she was an Associate at AEA Investors and began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Global Industrials Group.
At Union Capital, she helps source, evaluate, and execute new investment opportunities while working closely with portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvements and value creation initiatives.
She graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a concentration in Finance
